1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Due to the nature of our products (cosmetics), we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for health and hygiene reasons.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@jonesrodabeauty.store with the following details:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for the return

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if the return is approved.

3. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item(s).
• We’ll send a replacement or offer a refund at no extra cost.

5. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Used or opened makeup products
• Gift cards
• Final sale items
• Products returned outside the 14-day window
