1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Due to the nature of our products (cosmetics), we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for health and hygiene reasons.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@jonesrodabeauty.store with the following details:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if the return is approved.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item(s).
- We’ll send a replacement or offer a refund at no extra cost.
5. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or opened makeup products
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Products returned outside the 14-day window
